The Firm provides compliance and advisory end to end solutions for activities such as Stock Broking, Portfolio Management, Commodity Brokers, Non Banking Finance Companies (NBFC), Wealth Managers, SEBI Investment Advisory and SEBI Research Analyst, etc. BYA also has separate division of "Audit & Assurance", which provides Assurances & Audit Services. It is located in the heart of the business area at Nariman Point, Mumbai (India).

Our History
B Y & Associates, is a firm of Chartered Accountants deeply rooted with the principles of quality, teamwork and growth with happiness. The journey started three decades ago,back in the year 1990 with a small practice started by Mr Bhavesh Vora . As years passed by, the firm gathered more knowledge and experience in understanding clients needs and attending to a variety of work and developed efficiencies in handling assignments. We identified the Capital Market Segment as a practice area that was envisioned and implemented in the early years of 1990-1993 and since then we have grown along with the growth of capital markets in India.
After establishing Audit & Compliance as a strong foundation, we diversified our professional services to Structuring, Documentation, SOP's, Product Suitability Study, Registration of regulated intermediaries and many more such initiatives, thereby providing one stop solutions to all capital market participants. While catering to the capital market segment, we also developed a new area of practice and initiated study of the Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), understanding the application of law, and gradually building a niche practice area in various aspects relating to NBFCs.
With three decades of experience, our partners, seniors, staff at all levels became an integral part of this journey and their valuable contribution cannot be ruled out in helping us being recognized as a "Reputed, Specialized and full service firm".
