He has a versatile experience in Internal and Statutory Audit in general and financial services in particular. He handles audits of large manufacturing companies, leading private equities, stock brokers, NBFCs apart from other manufacturing and services industries.

In his past association with the industry, he has been exposed to various functional activities such as handling due diligence process for private equity into the company, review of Budgets with the actual performance, formation of various policies, cost saving measures, etc.

Brimming with ideas, he shares his other partners’ zeal to bring value added quality services to clients and is an integral part of all activities of the firm. In addition to statutory and internal audits, he also handles assignments related to NBFC Registration, Change of Control and related Compliances, Company law Compliances, Due Diligence, Valuation, etc.

He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor holding DISA Certification Course awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.He. He has also delivered a talk on NBFCs at WIRC of ICAI and BCSC of WIRC. He has also been a contributor to the article in Income Tax Review, a publication of Chamber of Tax Consultants.
