He has successfully completed CDSL Audit & Compliance Training Programme and Capital Market (Dealers) Module of NCFM conducted by NSE.

He is involved in SEBI/Exchange related compliancereviews particularly relating to Stock Brokers, Depository Participants, Portfolio Managers, Merchant Banking, Investment Advisors, Research Analyst and Operation audit of Wealth Manager, etc. & SEBI mandated Internal Audit of intermediaries. He has been involved in the assignment for preparing Compliance Reference Manual for Stock Brokers. He has also been involved in the development of various in-house program for inspection & audit of books of accounts of Stock Brokers including transaction verification, scrip wise/client wise analysis, portfolio managers, investment advisers, research analysts, etc.He has been handling all exchanges related inspection for SEBI registered intermediaries.
